Welcoming New and Existing Patients - Check Out Our Safety Procedures

Covid-19

As we enter the next few weeks of uncertainty, you may be assured our office is committed to you and your patients. Most endodontic procedures are not elective, thus we are keeping our office open and will see any of your emergency needs. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Extra steps have been taken to ensure the safety of patients and their family members in our common areas. The Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC) and the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) have been closely monitoring and responding to the outbreak of COVID-19 caused by the novel coronavirus.

Based on the guidelines set by the CDC and the ADPH, the following protocols below will be implemented in our office effective immediately to ensure the safety of patients and their family members in our common areas.

Patients who believe they are showing signs of infection or live with someone with symptoms will be asked to reschedule their appointments and stay home. This is especially true if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath or trouble breathing. Call your physician’s office before going in for an appointment to minimize exposure risk to those in your community.

Help us prevent the spread of viruses through good hand hygiene, avoid touching your face and placing fingers in your mouths and please understand our team will refrain from handshakes.

We will continue to practice strict infection control protocol in our office for the health of your patients and our team. The well-being of staff and patients is my primary concern.

Thank you for trusting us for your endodontic needs. Your support and confidence are greatly appreciated.
